Then Run A Repair     (THIS IS IMPORTANT)  

Then open Wow-2.3.0-enUS-Patch



Some People have Wow-2.3.0-enUS-Downloader (this is created ONLY when u use the 9 disk) (can't be used on the downloaded versions)

click and it will auto downgrade.
