can DB hack?

Hello i pla on eternion wow, and i heared about a guy "razzul" wich hacked the DB, and he can spawn items. Edec is this possible? if is can u show me?

yea its possible, gotta get this one program like a status indicator or something, might have to inject the database with a dll as well, can do that with cheat engine if i remember
