It Doesn't Really Make Dmg High.
Or Not For Me
Stats Show, Not Dmg, And I Can't Use Buffs.

Is this from my Monster hack filter? where you turn on the filter and attack stuff or have it attack you?

yeah i used on antwow 2.4.3 and i just got the apperance like a smart skill not real ability
i attacked and did the same dmg

Yeah, Tons of it is Server side though, Smart spells are eligible to be abused by the mobs due to the fact that the database doesn't expect that performance from a Creature, At times a 95% Dodge rating really is a 95% dodge rating, I experimented with this to increase spell damage and it worked, It worked very very well, 800K Fireball crits
