Basic concept of WPE pro
Games like Wow Have information. Client side and Server side, As well Test side, But i won't hand in the details.
Say you turn in a quest, It sends the packets to do what is ordered on the quest.
While it's being sent, you can catch it, Modify it, then let it travel the rest of the way.
Simple, Say A wants to go to B, So C your way out! No, Just kidding, Here's a quick diagram Text wise.

Like a ball, Your throwing it, someone interferes it, Urinates on it, then tosses it to where it was suppose to go.
