Death Touch

so i was playing wow on a 3.1.3 server and a HACKER accidentally casts death touch on me rofl....the spell kills anyone instantly ... so we had a deal . I would keep my mouth shut and he was going to help me do some bosses. We did full naxx heroic ... i asked him about the filter but he would rather get banned instead of telling me. The filter on wotlk is not 05 00 any more. Any ideas ? because this is the most important spell in wotlk , with it u can do any instance solo in less than 5 mins.
