Create 2 Accounts
Since Muti Log Was Fixed (Ability To Have 2 Characters From Same Account)

1.Open 2 Wow.exe And Place Them In A Window On Both Corners Or The Screen

2. On The Second Account Create 9 Character and Bring Then To The Same Town

3. Log On Account 1 In The Other Window And Then Invite Each Character
(log of then go to next character)

4. go to the Guild Creater And Create Guild And Boom Your Guild Master

Now U Can Make Every Rank Have Acess To The Guild

If U Make A New Char Just Invite Him.

And Now You Have Your Own Guild 2

Actualy it doesen't work on retail wow, it says something about not beeing able to sign the guild charter with another character from the same account.
