Buying items with rep. requested

Hello, wanted to ask if there is a way tu buy an item (like weapon) that need reputation, without having that reputation (using WPE), thanks.

Just wanna describe how it works on server I play : You need to have reputation tu buy items (L1-L9), you start with L4 reputation (so you can buy items L1-L4), if you wanna buy better items you have to raise you reputation - it's doing like this :
You need to have some personal rating in 2v2, then when you have it, you click on NPC and he checks your rating, then gives you reputation.
2k for L7
2,2K for L8 etc....

I'm too lazy to do 2v2 personal so I was wondering if there is way to buy item without reputation, or somehow to increase reputation, using WPE.
At the moment I have reputation L6, whitch is Argen Crusader HONORED.
Server is running on 3.3.3. patch.
