A Good Back-Up Program Empty A Good Back-Up Program

Does anyone know of one? Window's backup is decent, but I notice it doesn't back up my website files or anything it feels "is not important," nor have I been able to find an option that tells it what folders/files I want back up (it offer file types but none of the types I need back-up).
