if you have two Warlocks to use CoE at the same time it have a small chance to stack.
workes out ~30% of the time.
With 3 Warlock the % incresses to 45%.
It Can Go 3X 19% (Can Get To 80% If U Macro.And Multi Log).
total of 23% (3 Times 34.5%) increased Shadow, Fire, Arcane & Frost damage.
