I have a simple question about anonymous users. As it seems, anonymous users are labeled by the first three octets of their IP address. the last is represented by an "x".

Thus, let us say that a certain user like 10.1.1.x is editing a bunch of pages. Is there a possibility that this is actually a bunch of people under the same class C network, or is it the same person?
