Batman AA and PhysX question

I bought the game when it came out, but didn't get far into it at the time. I would like to start over in the game since I forgot most of the controls and what had happened at 12% into the game. lol

My system has not changed other than cooling and do remember I was running high settings with 1600x1200 (but no AA) with medium PhysX and it playing pretty well.

So the question I have before I start is if I force my GTX260 (192SP) with Vsync at 1600x1200, will it play pretty fluid with high PhysX settings? I do see the readme says a 9800GTX would compliment my card well. I don't think my PSU would like the card though without a upgrade and just want to see what I can get away with.

My CPU is oc'ed to 3.4GHz. The MSI GTX260 came overclocked already.
CPU-Z shows:
Core 620
Shaders 1296
Memory 1080

I'll probably be testing it out soon, but doing to bed now. TIA!
