How to install and upgrade from Boot Camp Beta

Hi guys, i am in need of some urgent help from you all guys.. i am having Boot Camp installed on my system that is beta version but now wanna upgrade it but have no idea about doing that and also don't want to make any mistakes. So i request you guys to please make me know how can i install and upgrade from Boot Camp Beta and also let me know the system requirements and installation process for the same.
